Netflix did not leave Nigeria — it changed how it buys. In 2026 it has mostly licensed Nollywood films that already proved themselves in cinemas, adding roughly one new Nigerian title a month, while releasing two returning originals. Many of these licensed titles stream only in Africa, so if you are abroad and cannot find a film below, check Kava or Prime Video. This guide lists the Nigerian movies and series on Netflix right now, starting with what is new.
