Abraham directs herself with total command of the character, and the film’s genius is its familiarity: everyone in the cinema has this aunty. The comedy occasionally repeats its own beats, but the audience laughter never stops long enough to notice.

Verdict: On its way to the billion-naira club, and deservedly. Nigerian family comedy at full power.
